Exchanges:

  • You can exchange any product(s) at a Femme Bag Shop store within 7 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused with the original price tag attached and accompanied by your purchase receipt.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Slight variations in color or texture due to screen differences or lighting cannot be a reason for exchange.
  • We will only exchange a product if it has a manufacturing defect.

How to Make an Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service by emailing images of the defective product to https://www.femmebagshop.com/ or calling +92 3107687778 within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Upon review by our team, you will be offered an exchange for a product of equal value.

Refunds:

  • Femme Bag Shop generally has a no-refund policy. However, exceptions may be made for out-of-stock items or faulty products.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
  • The refund will include the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, but not shipping and handling charges.
  • Allow two weeks for processing the return and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order before it’s processed.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. At that point, our return and exchange policy applies.
