The item must be unused with the original price tag attached and accompanied by your purchase receipt.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Slight variations in color or texture due to screen differences or lighting cannot be a reason for exchange.
We will only exchange a product if it has a manufacturing defect.
How to Make an Exchange:

Upon review by our team, you will be offered an exchange for a product of equal value.
Refunds:
Femme Bag Shop generally has a no-refund policy. However, exceptions may be made for out-of-stock items or faulty products.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
The refund will include the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, but not shipping and handling charges.
Allow two weeks for processing the return and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
